Dear Supporter,

As you may know, Birmingham Central Library Theatre, our regular venue and partner, will be closing along with the rest of the Central Library at the end of March 2013. In view of this and as a consequence of funding cuts, the next programme after five years of screenings will be the final programme for Birmingham International Film Society. We would like to make it a special one to go out with and have therefore decided to concentrate our remaining resources on a special final programme of screenings and events to begin in the New Year and running up to the closure of the building.

Birmingham International Film Society offers a programme of new and classic World Cinema.

With regular screenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Library Theatre featuring the best of world cinema, plus special events with guest speakers.

BIFS is supported by Creative England, the BFI and the National Lottery.

Tickets: £4.50 full price, £3.50 concessions.

Special price for both films on the night - £8 full price, £6 concessions.
